All sales are final. Due to the nature of B2B transactions, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and fulfilled.
📦 Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or not in accordance with the specifications stated in your purchase order, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt.
- Please provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
- Approved claims may result in a replacement, credit note, or partial refund, at our discretion.
🔄 Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun or once goods have been dispatched.

All custom-labeled, branded, or logo-printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
