Thank you for choosing Kapsule. We are committed to delivering your swim safety equipment quickly and securely.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship to addresses within the United States using the following methods:

Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground)

  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority/UPS 2-Day)

  • Delivery time: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Express Shipping (UPS Next Day Air)

  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Package weight
    • Shipping destination
    • Selected shipping method
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (promotional offers will be displayed at checkout)

4. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
  • We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (delivery times may vary)

International Shipping

  • International shipping is currently available to select countries
  • International orders may be subject to:
    • Customs duties and import taxes (buyer's responsibility)
    • Longer delivery times (typically 7-21 business days)
    • Additional customs clearance procedures
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your package using the carrier's website
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update

6. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
    • Check with neighbors or building management
    • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
    • Contact the carrier to file a claim
    • Contact us at info@kapsuleswim.com for assistance

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please:
    • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
    • Contact us within 48 hours at info@safeswimgear.com
    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • International destinations not listed at checkout
  • Freight forwarders (in some cases)

9. Holidays and Peak Seasons

During holidays and peak shopping seasons:

  • Processing times may be extended to 2-3 business days
  • Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery

10. Order Splitting

  • If you order multiple items, they may ship separately
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
  • No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments

11. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (4+ cartons / 200+ pieces):

  • Please contact us at info@kapsuleswim.com for special shipping arrangements
  • Custom shipping quotes available
  • Freight shipping options may be available
